I have forgotten my User ID and/or password. Can I retrieve them online?
Yes! Simply go to the Forgot Password page here: Forgot Password. It will prompt you to enter your email address where information regarding password reset will be sent.
How do I sign up for an online account?
Select the Sign In / Register icon on the top right. Simply select “Register” located under the “Sign In” button.
Do I need to create an online account to place an order?
No - you can place an order and checkout as a Guest. Having an online account is beneficial for future orders and discount codes.

Do you offer delivery?
We currently only offer buy online, pick-up in store, but we are continuously looking for ways to best serve our customers
When will my orders be ready for pick-up?
- You will be notified via email, separate from your order confirmation, when your order is ready for pick-up.
- Most weekday orders placed by 5 PM will be ready for pick-up the next day.
- Weekend & holiday pick-up times may vary.
How do I apply a discount code to my order?
To apply an e-coupon select your shopping bag and click “Go to Cart”. Once you click “Go to Cart” and landing on the Shopping Cart page, you can enter the code where it says “Promotion Code” and click “Apply” to apply the code to the order
Can I order my prescription from this website?
You cannot order your prescription from this website. To place a prescription order please follow the link: Prescription Orders
Can I cancel or edit an order?
To cancel or edit an order, please contact your pharmacy at 218-387-2330 during these hours: MON - FRI 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM SAT - SUN CLOSED If you are a Registered user, you can also cancel your order on your Order History screen under My Account.
